1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment/customization. Customized products cannot be canceled after production starts.

2. Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with packaging intact. Customized or final sale products are non-returnable unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
